INJECTION MOLDING
At All-Plast, our success factors in injection molding are skilled employees, high-quality tools, machines and raw materials.
FINNISH PRODUCTION
Reliable injection molder
We are a Finnish family-owned business with decades of experience and extensive expertise in injection molding. Our professional staff and certified quality and environmental systems guarantee a successful outcome. Our versatile machine capacity enables us to manufacture products of various sizes as a subcontractor. Injection molding methods are well suited for mass production.
Traditional injection molding
Tradional injection molding is the most common and well-known method of manufacturing plastic products. In this process, plastic raw materials are melted and injected under high pressure into a mold, where they cool and harden into a finished part. Tradional injection molding is a precise and efficient production method that is suitable for a wide range of materials.
Multi-component injection molding
Multi-component injection molding is a plastics manufacturing method in which a part is injection molded from more than one material and color at a time. For example, two different plastics are injected sequentially into the same mold, creating a single part in which the different materials or colors are permanently bonded together.
Multi-component injection molding can be used to combine, for example, soft elements with
a hard product to create friction or to form a so-called sandwich structure, in which the
surface of the product is made of a different material than the core of the part. This method
can, for example, give the part special properties on its surface.
Capacity and expertise:
- Clamping force of injection molding machine 40-600 tons
- 2K injection molding machine clamping force 150-600 tons
- Product size maximum 2500 cm³
- Standard plastics, engineering plastics and bio-based alternatives
- Variotherm – in-process mold temperature control
Sandwich structure
The surface and core of the product are made of different materials – in a controlled manner.
Lower unit price
Multi-cavity molds and automation increase capacity and improve production efficiency.
Variotherm
Cyclic temperature control of the mold results in better surface quality and mechanical properties.

We also offer a solution for small batches.
Yes, on product-by-product basis. The cold runner sprues created in the process can be ground up and used with virgin material, if possible, or ready-made material available on the market can be purchased for the product.
We typically get to test run the mold within a week of the mold being completed.
