A Finnish classic renewed
Alposet snowshoes were first created in 1984, and they were favorite snowshoes of their time. Unfortunately, the production was discontinued due to the low availability of the old binding. Due to high demand, we decided to update the binding and pattern for the 2020s. The classic is back and is better than ever!
The easy-to-use binding makes the snowshoes effortless to use, and the entire snowshoe, except for the metal parts, is manufactured in North Karelia.
Two models for different uses
The Alposet product family includes two models:
The Alposet Pro
The Pro model is designed for demanding professional use and has become familiar to many, especially as a logger´s snowshoe. It offers stability and durability for conditions where a lot is required of the equipment.
The Alposet LillaPro
The LillaPro model is best suited for hiking and other leisure activities. Its smaller size makes it more agile to walk on and easy to handle in varying terrain.
Both bindings fit almost all shoe models and sizes 35-48 (maximum shoe length 36 cm). The hinged binding prevents snow from accumulating on the shoe and allows the foot to move naturally while walking.
Sustainable materials for demanding conditions
Alposet snowshoes are extremely durable and can withstand heavy use. The material is resistant to gasoline, paints, glues, washing-up liquids and most solvents, making them a long-lasting choice for both professionals and leisure hikers.
