OUR COMPANY
Oy All-Plast Ab – since 1968. We are located in the middle of the forests of North Karelia in Heinävaara, Joensuu: a place where professional competence and performance meet.

A reliable injection molder from North-Karelia
We are a Finnish family-owned business that subcontracts plastic products. We specialize in injection molding. Our services also include mold manufacturing, product assembly, wet coating and product marking by pad-printing.
We help our clients to achieve the full potential of their products by combining extensive expertise, quality and responsible manufacturing. For our clients, this is reflected in diverse and individual services, high-quality products, competitive pricing and smooth collaboration.
Our product range also includes our own products: pipe end for finishing electrical installations, a mesh net for various protection needs and a durable and adaptable grid mat. In addition, the Alposet snowshoes we manufacture are a Finnish alternative for foresters and hikers to support themselves on the snow.

RESPONSIBILITY
Sustainable plastic products
Raw materials and material solutions are constantly evolving. Rightly chosen plastic raw material is long-lasting and durable. We actively monitor the opportunities offered by natural fibers and biodegradable materials. Our goal is to increase the use of recycled materials instead of fossil raw materials. Cold runner sprues are grinded where possible and reused in the manufacturing process, which reduces material waste and supports the circular economy.
We are developing our production to be more energy efficient and to conserve natural resources. With the process water recycling system, we reduce the clean water consumption and utilize the waste heat generated in the process.
